The girl peeked out of her home as the cry reached her ears.
"The war has begun!"
Someone else shouted this time, from the completely opposite direction. The girl felt a sudden massive conflict in her blood, heart, and mind.
"Not again!" she muttered, sighing.
"We must hunt the vampires!" the first voice shouted.
"We must destroy the werewolves!" the second rang back.
"They've done us wrong for far too long!" The voices broke out in unison this time. Many loud shouts and war cries let loose after that.
